Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we process the personal data you share through our website, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). The Turkish version is the binding text.

What data we process

  • Contact and quote forms: your name, institution or business name, phone number, email address and anything you include in your message.
  • Website use: the IP address, date and time, and browser information recorded in server logs when you visit.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we process it

  • To respond to your requests, questions and quote requests
  • To prepare a suitable product and service offer
  • To keep the website secure and prevent misuse
  • To meet our legal obligations

Your personal data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK: where it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), where we must comply with a legal obligation (ç), and for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).

Sharing your data

Information you send through our forms reaches us by email. It is not shared with third parties other than the email and hosting providers we use for this purpose, except with authorised public bodies where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods set by law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is shared with; to ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, and for data to be deleted or destroyed where the conditions are met; to ask for these actions to be notified to third parties; to object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
